Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

PaceRev helps local service businesses run advertising campaigns and collect leads. This policy covers two groups of people: people who submit a lead form through one of our ads or landing pages, and businesses that sign up for a PaceRev account.

What we collect

If you submitted a lead form — a Meta instant form or a PaceRev landing page — we collect the information you provide. This is typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about the service you’re interested in, such as your ZIP or postal code, the service needed, and your timeline.

If you signed up for a PaceRev account, we collect your name, email address, and business details (business name, service area, services offered, offers, and any photos or logos you upload for use in your ads). We also store the connections you authorize — your Facebook Page and ad account — so we can publish and manage campaigns on your behalf. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; PaceRev never sees or stores your full card number.

How we use it

We share lead information with the local business whose ad you responded to so they can contact you about the service you requested. Account information is used to provide the Service: creating and publishing your ads, managing your campaigns, delivering your leads, billing your subscription, and supporting your account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use lead information to advertise to you on our own behalf.

Where your information is processed

PaceRev is a United States company and its systems are hosted in the United States. We use a small set of service providers to run the Service, and information is processed by them under our instructions: Supabase (database and account sign-in), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (lead capture and follow-up), Meta (advertising and instant forms), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic and fal.ai (generating ad copy and ad images). Business photos and ad copy you provide may be sent to those AI providers to generate your creatives.

SMS and text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number through one of our forms or through an advertisement lead form, you may receive text messages from us or from the business you requested a quote from, relating to the service you inquired about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted solely to carry out the service you requested. All other categories of data use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. To request deletion of your information, contact us at pace@pacerev.com.

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies. If you have a PaceRev account, we set a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in as you move between pages. The Service cannot work without it, and it is not used for advertising.

Meta Pixel. Our public website loads the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which records page views and sets its own cookies so we can measure how well our own advertising performs. We also send matching conversion events to Meta from our servers. This is about visitors to our site — it is not applied to the leads our clients receive, and lead information is never used to advertise to you.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracker. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies may sign you out of your account.

Data security

Traffic to and from PaceRev is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and information is stored in our United States database with encryption at rest. Access is restricted per account by row-level security rules, so one client’s data is not reachable from another client’s session.

The access tokens you authorize — your Facebook and lead-system connections — are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database, so they are not readable even to someone reading the raw records. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text, and card details go directly to Stripe; PaceRev never sees or stores your full card number.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at pace@pacerev.com and we will investigate.

International transfers

PaceRev serves businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are located outside the United States, your information is transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service or submitting a lead form, you understand that this transfer takes place. We remain responsible for information handled on our behalf by the providers listed above, and we require them to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as the business you contacted maintains its PaceRev account, and account information for as long as your account is active plus the period we need to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information sooner using the contact details below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop using it. Depending on where you live, these rights may be backed by law — including UK GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Principles, New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020, and US state privacy laws. We honour these requests regardless of where you live. We will not charge you or reduce your service for making a request.

Contact

To request access to or deletion of your information, contact the business you submitted your details to, or email PaceRev at support@pacerev.com and we will respond within 30 days.
